My quick rating - 7,1/10. These two have absolutely no business making a movie with these same characters 30 years later and being this damn good. I know Alex Winter had quite a bit to do with how they turned what really was a wrapped up couple of flix and breathed new life into it. The duo are still on a quest to create that song that unites the world, since we find out that Kiss song at the end of "Bogus Journey" wasn't it. That just made them famous. But since they always did suck as a band, they never went anywhere nor got that song done. So back to it in this very good sequel that took me by surprise. I did NOT expect anything but a few chuckles laughing at my own old age. But they pulled it off with the help of their very likable daughters to aid them. In the off chance the idea takes off again (cult status) the daughters set the framework for more adventures, and often on camera did steal the scenes. Death is back, George Carlin (RIP) gets a digital shout that was respectfully done, and I am fairly sure every shout you wanted from the first 2 are included. Minus the music. Pretty let down in that department, especially the FINAL song. But with some evil Bill and Teds, and some robots, strange things are afoot at the Circle K. The move to VOD should be a nice test bed (1 million in theaters opening weekend). "Mulan" will be the true test. STATION.
