My quick rating - 6,4/10. Pretty powerful story about drug addiction, but really the story is about abusing the rehab system for profit. The acting in this one is quite good and makes you actually care about the people involved in the scheme. The movie was about to take a "Goodfellas" type turn which was going to bother me, but it held back from doing so. I didn't want this to end up being glamourized in this flick but instead stay focused on the problem, which it did. This is more likely a drama than a crime, thriller as it is billed but has aspects of all three. Just don't expect action or any form of mystery as to what is going on. This is straight up get paid to check people into your rehab center, knowing that paying them to do so will encounter repeat visits when they start using again. That isn't a spoiler, that is exactly what addiction does. Not really the most positive movie around but still a well made one. I think it could've focused development a bit elsewhere and left things that it had time to cover but still worth checking out.
