My quick rating - 5.3/10. Still a pretty funny flick. If you can put aside the sheer absurdity of the story itself, you'll be entertained. This is the wisecracking street thug helping out the clueless rich guy story. Then sprinkle in all kinds of undercover officers, backstabbing, etc. to the point where you really have to just wash your hands of plausibility and just go with it. Even when it is all wrapped up, they keep chucking more impossibilities at ya. Remember when Eddie Griffin was that guy? Yeah, those 15 minutes didn't last long.
