From Dusk Till Dawn 3: The Hangman's Daughter (1999)

My quick rating - 5,0/10. Always a good sign when the two flix are from the same year (and are NOT huge budget offerings). The above is sarcasm in case your meter is broken. I don't quite get how what they ignored in the second flick, they were able to bring back in this one to make it a much better sequel.
