My quick rating - 4,2/10. Oh, does this movie look good. An exotic travel brochure minus the killer shark really. But once you get over the visually impressive location you are left with Jaws on a raft. The biggest problem with those trapped and a killer ________ (fill in the blank) has been done so many times before and better recently, that this just falls through the cracks as a lesser example. This one also suffers from some really annoying characters. I don't think it was their fault completely, as the script seemed to toss some stupid dialogue at them. But still, it got taxing. But that is NOTHING compared to my biggest gripe in this film. There are people who set records for holding their breath underwater and remain entirely still. Those in this movie will put them to shame holding their breath for far longer, and while doing crazy things such as, I don't know, fighting a shark???? So yes, when it comes down to the "let's take a stand as so many zombie movies and action flicks go with, this movie tries the same thing, against sharks LOL. At that point, I just shook my head until the credits rolled.
