My quick rating - 4,4/10. This is the epitome of guilty pleasure. It starts out with bullying this poor girl for having a large nose. It is comically large on purpose, not just someone with a bigger-than-usual schnooze. The people are straight-up cruel to the poor girl and the second half of revenge in this one was well deserved. Elizabeth Chamberlain plays the abused woman who finally decides to get plastic surgery to repair her looks but she instead is grossly disfigured. The acting is horrible especially in the opening scene but if you stick it out for a bit, you may end up being quite amsued at this one. Yes, the budget is non-existent and the effects are well in that range but this flick knew exactly what it wanted to be and embraced it. That was just a silly and very campy comedy with slight horror elements only being blood splattering. Case in point on the budget, after the surgery, she is so ugly that no one can even look at her face including the audience. It was clear the make up effects just couldn't do the hideous nature they wanted it to be so they wisely leave that to your imagination. So after being the butt of everyone's jokes and ridicule, she takes a complete 180 after the accident and hunts down everyone who ever did her wrong. This doesn't just include the bitchy girls form the start but all the way back through growing up so old teachers and first kisses aren't safe. Heck, even if you should've raped her backstage when she was drunk, she took it offensively and came after you. This is the level of absurdity they took this flick to. I am sure I actually liked this one far more than I should have but Chamberlain just takes the looney toons act to a new level in her presentation that made her so likeable while she was killing people. Just understand what type of movie you are in for since I know damn well it isn't a good movie but it sure made me laugh enough times to keep it in the collection.
