My quick rating - 3,2/10. This made it to the theater? WOW, sure it is a fantasy, and a great novel btw BUT some parts of this movie are just so friggin' stupid it makes you wonder how they got away with making it. The script writers were so damn lazy they just assumed the effects and Brendan Fraser? would carry the movie. So few words can describe how dumb this was. You do realize those points are merely for the looks because yes capable camera work, effects that are fun and good to look at but poor Verne is rolling in his grave.
