My quick rating - 4.0/10. A man with a hook for a hand escapes from a mental institution to go after the children of his previous victims. Some seriously lame kills for being a slasher flick. Really just a sub-par entry into the genre that isn't horrible nor cringeworthy. This flick just doesn't do anything to evoke any sort of response except, "Well, that is over." I wouldn't go find it but if it pops on the tube, you may as well check it out if you are a horror flick fan.
