My quick rating - 3.1/10. This happened to be near Moonfall, and I see that Troma logo in the upper right. So far, it plays out more like random, weird ideas, and the "actors" they could get to perform said gory or supposedly disturbing scenes. There is a long-winded plot to the movie that you'll get to read all about at the beginning, but there is no budget or talent involved to actually show any of this happening. Basically, in this apocalyptic world, the water is contaminated and causes death, and those are now turning into zombies to feast on the living who survive by drinking moonshine. Everything is radioactive, and it seems everyone is dying, so it is the whole living is terrible, and dying may not be the worst thing. The cancer dancers are the basic dumb zombies that plod around and are target practice for the living if they don't catch and eat you. And then there are the creepers, who are a gang roaming around dressed as goth S&M punks, are cannibals, and all seem to be ultra horny. They go around feeding on the cancer dancers and are the real town threat. In other words, a typical Troma production. Minus sticking in a scene with someone attempting to cry. Out of place in this movie, and no, he couldn't act in the slightest. The woman was trying so hard to hold the laughter back the whole time. As a flick, it was mostly just scenes that were there to gross you out that were loosely tied together. Some of them worked, others were just plain dumb, and it ended up being stupid more often than not. But it has a pretty catchy title that unfortunately doesn't provide enough humor to live up to that logo. Cheap rental if you click the poster below.
