My quick rating - 7.5/10. The Irreverent Comedian's life utilizes a vast archive including never-before-seen personal materials and featuring O'Neal's family and friends. I did think I was checking out a standup, but I really didn't know much about Patrice O'Neal, to be honest. But this was a very well-made look at the comedian with dozens of clips from a wide assortment of stars. It was the night's escape from the stupidest friggin' show on Aussie TV...I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
