My quick rating - 4,3/10. Another cop is dead set on bringing down a drug cartel flick but this time in South Africa. Well, they travel to there at least in pursuit. The first act is a rip-off of New Jack City, minus superb performances and storytelling. They even had their own "Pookie" and I remember the name because that movie was so damn good, this one, I don't even recall the guy's name and his strung-out character was on my screen a week ago. Then after missing their first chance to catch the bad guys, the brothers, who basically want to kill each other anyway, have to follow them after a long gun battle, chase, and escape. Then for some completely unknown and stupid reason, it delves into the supernatural. At that point, the points just kept dropping. They make Santana out to be unkillable yet totally mortal. I know Netflix's formula is high-action flix with little point. This one fails even on that level as the action doesn't justify the time in watching. Pass.
