Summoning Sylvia (2023)

My quick rating - 5.4/10. It was a pretty funny gay comedy that attempted to sprinkle in some horror. That aspect is non-existent but the story does work quite well. A gay bachelor party turned spooky when sinister spirits are suddenly summoned but it is more the who they summoned that makes this work. As it turns out the one ghost, Sylvia (Veanne Cox) killed her own son for being gay, before burying his body on the property. They have also invited the other groom's brother, who just so happens to be an ex-military, recovering alcoholic, who is rather homophobic...despite the fact that his brother is gay, So if you are looking for horror, I wouldn't suggest this but for some gay banter to liven up your comedy, this one is chock full of flamboyant characters.

Limited streamers for this one but old faithful Amazon is the cheapest option.
