My quick rating - 3,8/10. These keep popping up on Radarr, the latest being number 7 and they have decent ratings on IMDB. I happen to have this one already so I am going to find out just what it is. It appears we have another "ghost hunter" flick and this guy Turner Clay thinks he is FAR more popular than he is. I can see this is the mockumentary type with a made-up story which he has a good handle on creating a believable-looking flick. I know one thing, I'll at least check out the first one at some point. "I've never been back here, never flipped this light on" - Oh really? How did that camera get mounted on the wall then? See, this is why these ghost-hunting movies are so dumb. They are always so clearly bullshit such as this. I'll give Turner Clay credit for doing a fair job in the story crafting department but beyond that? Well, I will say if you find people knocking on the walls to be the most terrifying thing ever, than this is the movie for you since that is ALL that ever happens. The only thing I thought when this ended was it is an above average YouTube video since he definitely is able to craft the background story and shoot interviews to make it feel like a documentary. The bad news is it is so blatantly fake so that portion dies and since the quality is homemade, there is no value in watching for being a horror movie at all. Nothing happens to pull you in, no gore, no scares, no torment, just someone trying really hard to get people to believe he filmed ghosts. As a firm believer of ghosts I can just leave it at this guy hasn't filmed a damn thing. But a good effort for a home video.
Seems this is exclusive to Amazon for some reason.
