My quick rating - 3,2/10. I have to give them credit for trying. This not very subtle flick is pointing out some issues with our handling of mental health. They do take it a bit to the extreme but unfortunately, they didn't have the acting to really make the point more entertaining. Being hampered by budget, in this case, doesn't matter in the slightest, only the lack of talent trying to portray the message. We start off with a woman being chained up by whom we immediately find out is her mother. This leads you to wonder why she is chained up and if it is necessary. About 80 of the 91 minutes later you will find out. The trip the movie takes you on to get to the payoff though just isn't worth the price of admission. You may have guessed what the twist is here, I somewhat did, just I was a bit off. The same basic idea though so if you do check it out, maybe you can nail it straight away. I am actually giving this a little bump only because it did at least leave a slight lingering impression. You have the info, up to you if it is something to check out.
