The Girl Next Door (2004)

My quick rating - 6,0/10. Had to roll a shuffle and this must've been sitting in new releases for a WHILE. Don't believe I have seen this particular Elisha Cuthbert vehicle but sitting at a 6,7/10 on IMDB after 220K isn't too shabby.
