My quick rating - 4,0/10. Don't know anything about this one. One thing I can tell pretty quickly is that there wouldn't be any movie if the stupid teenager (Ally Ioannides) ever made a good decision. It wasn't really a horrible b-budget flick it just was there. The plot itself had some potential and caught my interest but the movie just plods along at such a slow pace with too many stretches of nothing happening. I am not sure if the monster that seems to prey on unborn children is part of some legend but they did play it off as such. They had the right idea in hiding what the creature may look like for as long as possible so they didn't expose the lack of budget but their never was enough suspense in the few chases they had to make you care much. And the acting was just adequate at best so there never was any driving force for anyone surviving. Aside from the main girl who as I mentioned was the cause of anything actually becoming an issue. She never could listen to anything she was told, no huge surprise, and constantly made things worse because of it. I would say it is just your run-of-the-mill indie-type horror flick that won't piss you off but won't impress much either. 92 minutes so it won't take up too much of your time.
