My quick rating - 4,0/10. Ok, this and its sequel popped up on Radarr and it is under "horror" so I absolutely had to get it by title alone. Yes, I do actually screen what I add to the library, I swear. It also helps that it is 64 minutes long. OK, I am just saying this. WHO in the hell shaves their balls with a STRAIGHT RAZOR? As soon as this one got going with an opening scene showing toxic waste dumped into a lake I said to myself, TROMA. And then I saw one victim sitting on the toilet reading "Make Your Own Damn Movie" by Lloyd Kaufman, and that sealed it. There isn't much to this one, just a low-budget horror flick and I mean that in the most literal sense. They had an $800 budget and that most likely just went to the beer and smokes for all involved. Troy Prater basically handles all aspects of this flick and did a couple of smart things. He used an ominous-looking red filter to chase the victims instead of trying to show the "monster." And second, did a really good job with the music editing and choices. Top-notch for that regardless of budget. So, if you haven't put the plot together by the things I have said, I'll sum it up, a bizarre shaving incident leads to a mutated set of testicles on the loose terrorizing some small town. Taking away the impossibility of how this particular monster is killing people, the whole thing is just amusing enough to be entertaining while still never being a good movie in the slightest. But it was apparently good enough to get some peoples attention due to it being distributed (Troma picked it up) and also, a sequel which I'll have to get to soon. I am sure by this point, you already have enough information to decide if you want to watch it or not.
There is one place, and one place alone to see this, I assume masterpiece. Amazon
