My quick rating - 2,5/10. More of a PSA that this is one of the worst documentaries I have seen on really any subject. But to make matters worse, this is a subject I am very interested in and have always tried to read/watch all I can on it. But between the constant annoying music playing in the background and the completely pointless and unrelated videos playing, it is just so amateur. The only thing saving this one from being a #turkey is getting the verdict about him being Jack the Ripper correct. No one in their right mind ever thought it was him since he wasn't even in London when the murders occurred but in correct form for how bad this is, they spend an insanely long amount of time coming to this conclusion. At times the narrator contradicts himself and the whole tone of this also is contradictory in a way that seems like they were learning the information as they were making this flick. There are plenty of reputable sources of information regarding the most infamous serial killer to hit the streets of Chicago but this is definitely NOT one of them. Seek out H.H. Holmes: America's First Serial Killer or Murder Hotel if you would like better information presented far more professionally.
